A 3-bedroom villa on the sea; step from the house into the sea.  Swimming, sunbathing and kayaking from the private jetty/sun deck.

Trained and friendly staff takes care of everything: cleaning, shopping, cooking and serving meals.  Hours 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.  Special hours can be arranged on request.

Natural ventilation, sea breezes, ceiling fans and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

Security presence at night.  

Meals are served on the brick terrace over-looking the sea under a shady almond tree. Indoor dining is also available.

The sea is at your feet. The Lagoon in front of the villas is a quiet arm of the sea protected by a reef 50 yards offshore, with the Blue Caribbean beyond, stretching to the horizon.  Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, moon-rising and star-gazing.

Kayak, snorkels, masks and fins are provided.  Cable T.V., DVD, video, portable CD player, games and a very well-stocked library.

Sun and swim or snorkel from the private jetty overlooking the Lagoon, reef and Caribbean.

There many comfortable spots to relax or enjoy a favourite book: Two living rooms wide open to the sea, upstairs and downstairs terraces, a book-lined study overlooking the sea, and a sundeck/jetty.
