Lolivya

Lolivya is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located in the resort area of San San and within walking distance of the famous Blue Lagoon on one side and San San Beach on the other. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and opens unto the balcony overlooking calming crystal clear waters. There's a verandah and patio for relaxing or sipping sunset cocktails.  The dining room has a majestic view overlooking Pellew Island, popularly known as Monkey Island. It was a romantic wedding gift to the Princess Nina Khan. The villa has its own private jetty and large sun deck. Go kayaking or fishing nearby or just snorkel around the protected coral reef.  Swim to Pellew Island or San San Beach or take a 5 mins walk to the famous Blue Lagoon. Norse Point

This beach cottage, named Norse Point because its position at the edge of San San Bay marine park, can be rented in combination with Norse Hill or by itself. Either way, your stay here is everything you could dream of in a Caribbean hideaway. It is known as "the honeymoon cottage" and is very popular. Norse Point is an air-conditioned one-bedroom villa with ensuite shower room, powder room, living/dining, kitchen and boat room. There's a wide verandah for sunset cocktails, and sunbathing. The cottage has its own pier, which leads right into the crystal-clear waters immediately in front of Pellew Island, popularly known as Monkey Island. The Island was once a romantic wedding gift to the Princess Nina Khan. Step off for a 2 minute swim to the Island or a 5 minute swim to San

San Beach or just snorkel around the protected coral reef. You can sunbathe in total seclusion, have meals or drinks on the deck, and spend your days (and nights) enthralled by the incredible beauty of your surroundings while being pampered by your personal villa staff.

Norse Hill

Norse Hill is part of the prestigious San San Estate, located just minutes outside of Port Antonio. This magnificent stonewalled hilltop residence was built by a Norwegian shipping tycoon who wanted luxurious comfort, tranquility and spacious living.

The main house features large rooms, soaring ceilings, and breathtaking views - amongst a lush tropical rainforest garden. Each of the 4 bedrooms is equipped with en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and private balconies that offer stunning ocean views.

The sprawling sitting room and dining rooms are tastefully decorated with a perfect mix of Oriental and Norwegian furnishings. These rooms open into a patio and a beautiful lawn that overlooks the ocean, gardens, and the 36-foot swimming pool.

Pixie Hill

This beautiful villa of Jamaican Colonial architecture was built by the Woolworth family in the early 60's.  The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a powder room with a poolside shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The spacious living room, with marble floors opens unto a patio offering the most beautiful view in the area... it overlooks San San Beach and Alligator Head. The octagonal dining room with it's splendid chandelier offers seating for up to 10, a splendid ocean and garden view. Jump out of the dining window into the pool below. The unique large swimming pool is 8ft all around and wraps around the villa in a kind of semi circle. Relax and enjoy great food, peace and tranquility. San San Beach and Blue Lagoon are only 2 minutes away.
